Project Manager – Technical & Commercial Projects

About the role

As a Project Manager at TMT, you will act as the primary liaison between customers and our internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from order assignment to the completion of contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technical, commercial, and administrative aspects of projects from start to finish.
• Analyse customer requirements, adapt and implement suitable technical solutions.
• Coordinate, organise, and monitor project progress across all phases, ensuring schedule adherence and financial targets.
• Handle change requests, enquiries, and claim management.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in a similar industry is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; additional French or German is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities.
• International mindset with willingness to travel worldwide.
• Proactive, assertive, and capable of working independently.
