Project Manager – Reporting & Governance for IRIS2 Programme

About the role

The Programme Reporting & Governance Manager will lead the governance framework for the EU's IRIS2 satellite constellation programme. Based in Munich (Unterföhring) or Betzdorf, you will ensure that programme information, decisions and actions are consistently captured, reported and acted upon across all partners.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the programme governance structure, including boards, forums and escalation paths.
• Prepare and coordinate inputs for the Programme Operations Management Board, Risk & Change Board, Planning & Performance Reviews and Steering Committee.
• Develop and keep the Programme Operations Management Pack as the single source of truth.
• Consolidate status, risk, issue, change and KPI data from delivery, integration, control and support functions.
• Provide decision‑ready information to governance forums and maintain decision logs and action tracking.
• Act as the central interface between programme management, integration & control disciplines, PMT, quality and delivery teams to ensure alignment of reporting outputs with governance discussions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in programme or project governance within complex, multi‑partner environments.
• Strong understanding of risk, change and performance management processes.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize data into clear reports.
• Ability to work autonomously and coordinate across international teams.
