Project Manager – IT Projects

About the role

Proximus Luxembourg is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and control a portfolio of technical IT projects. You will act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and clarify project scope and baseline.
• Develop and maintain project communication plans, schedules, and policies.
• Assemble project teams, assign roles, and coordinate third‑party services.
• Monitor progress, evaluate deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Produce regular internal and external status reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of overall project management experience.
• At least 1 year managing technical IT projects in a complex environment.
• University degree or equivalent professional training.
• Strong ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, structured and process‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent English (minimum B2); French is a plus.
• Motivation to work in a dynamic, multinational, customer‑focused setting.
