Project Manager Expert

About the role

Proximus Luxembourg is seeking a Project Manager Expert to lead and control multiple IT projects. You will act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and clarify project scope, baseline, and communication plan.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and policies to achieve objectives.
• Assemble and manage project teams, assigning roles and responsibilities.
• Coordinate with third‑party service providers and monitor their deliverables.
• Track progress, report status internally and externally, and take corrective actions when deviations occur.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• At least 1 year managing technical IT projects in a complex environment.
• University degree or equivalent professional training.
• Strong communication skills, structured and process‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2); French is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a multinational, customer‑focused setting.
