Project Management Consultant – Financial Services

About the role

As a Project Management Consultant at ANTEA Advisory you will support leading financial institutions in Luxembourg to deliver strategic transformation programmes. You will work directly with senior client stakeholders, turning complex regulatory and business initiatives into tangible results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support complex business and regulatory transformation programmes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects involving Business, Operations, IT, Risk and Compliance teams.
• Define project governance, planning, scope, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate steering committees, workshops and decision‑making processes.
• Produce high‑quality project documentation, reporting and executive presentations.
• Support business analysis, process optimisation and change‑management activities.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, methodology development and new service offerings.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Analysis or Consulting within Financial Services.
• Experience delivering transformation, regulatory or operational projects in Banking, Asset Management, Insurance or Investment Funds.
• Professional proficiency in English; French is mandatory.

• Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid project‑management methodologies.
• PMP® certification (or equivalent).
• PRINCE2® certification (or equivalent).
• AgilePM® certification (or equivalent).
• Scrum Master® certification (or equivalent).
• SAFe® certification (or equivalent).
