Program Manager – PMO (EU AMXL Strategy Execution)

About the role

Amazon is looking for a senior Programme Manager to own the EU AMXL Rhythm of Business and ensure strategic alignment across a fast‑scaling organization. You will design and operate the frameworks that enable leadership to set goals, track progress, and make data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and operate the EU AMXL Rhythm of Business, including goal setting, quarterly planning, business reviews and performance reporting.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Monthly, Quarterly and Worldwide Business Reviews, coordinating timelines and content across 10+ cross‑functional teams.
• Build and maintain the goal‑setting and reporting process, translating annual objectives into trackable deliverables.
• Design and improve program‑management infrastructure such as templates, trackers, SOPs and governance mechanisms.
• Facilitate cross‑functional coordination with Supply Chain, Transportation, Finance, Safety, People, CX and ACES teams.
• Develop scalable mechanisms to identify risks, surface blockers and drive resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program or project management within a large, distributed organization.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to design and implement repeatable processes and governance frameworks.
