Program Manager – EU Inbound & Inventory Placement Operations

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager to drive growth of third‑party merchants in the EU inbound and inventory placement operations. You will work cross‑functionally to identify gaps, define requirements and deliver operational improvements that enhance customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate relationships with third‑party partners and internal customers.
• Identify operational gaps in new offerings and propose requirements for new projects.
• Resolve customer‑impacting issues in collaboration with technology teams.
• Gather business and technical requirements, produce data‑driven analysis and support post‑launch functionality.
• Develop and track performance metrics and trends.
• Conduct deep‑dives into product areas to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Deliver measurable annual efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in program or project management.
• Proven ability to develop and track team and project metrics.
• Background in optimizing existing processes and delivering quantifiable efficiencies.
• Experience leading design, development or implementation of new business processes or programs.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
• Proficiency with MS Access and SQL for data analysis.
• Strong requirement‑gathering capabilities and ability to produce clear documentation.
