Product Engineer – Advantage+Elite Platform

About the role

As a Product Engineer for the Advantage+Elite (A+E) platform, you will work within a dynamic engineering team to investigate, resolve, and prevent complex equipment issues. You will collaborate closely with monitoring, field service, development, and operations teams to deliver innovative solutions for niche market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with the A+E monitoring centre and conduct deep‑dive investigations beyond standard desk capacity.
• Identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and feed lessons learned back into the monitoring program to enable predictive detection.
• Lead cross‑disciplinary research on niche market requirements and develop monitoring and alert strategies.
• Propose new opportunities or enhancements for monitoring technologies.
• Collaborate with service, sales, quality, and engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with Husky equipment (machines, molds, robots, product‑handling systems).
• At least 3 years of experience in mold process optimisation and troubleshooting.
• Data‑driven, systematic approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work with emerging technologies and adapt to evolving requirements.
