Product Engineer – Advantage+Elite Platform

About the role

As a Product Engineer for the Advantage+Elite (A+E) platform, you will work within Husky Technologies' engineering team to investigate, resolve, and prevent monitoring issues across a range of industrial equipment. You will collaborate with field service, development, and operations teams to deliver innovative solutions for niche markets.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with the A+E monitoring centre, conduct deep‑dive investigations and drive root‑cause resolution.
• Translate lessons learned into predictive detection and alerting improvements for the monitoring programme.
• Lead cross‑disciplinary research on niche market needs and develop monitoring and alert strategies.
• Propose new opportunities or solutions to enhance monitoring technologies.
• Work closely with supporting teams such as service, sales, quality and engineering.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or engineering technician qualification with relevant experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with Husky equipment (assembly, testing, service, engineering) covering machines, molds, robots and handling equipment.
• At least 3 years of experience in mold process optimisation and troubleshooting.
• Data‑driven, systematic approach to problem solving.
• Ability to adapt to new and evolving technologies.
• Strong knowledge of systems technology.
