Product Designer

About the role

Magrid, an award‑winning deep‑tech EdTech company, is looking for a Product Designer to own the end‑to‑end experience of its student mobile app, teacher dashboard, and admin panel. This full‑time, on‑site position in Luxembourg will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate product vision into inclusive, scalable digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own UX design for new and existing features across mobile, tablet, and web platforms.
• Translate product requirements into structured user journeys, interaction flows, wireframes and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system.
• Improve usability of complex, multi‑role dashboards.
• Ensure accessibility for children with cognitive differences and apply inclusive design principles.
• Collaborate with developers for technically aligned implementation and handoff documentation.
• Contribute to onboarding flow optimisation, retention improvements and feature prioritisation.
• Use product analytics and user feedback to iterate designs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in SaaS or EdTech.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Experience designing complex dashboards and multi‑role systems.
• Solid understanding of systems thinking and inclusive design.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile, cross‑functional environment.
