Process Automation Consultant

About the role

As a Process Automation Consultant you will design, train, implement and support AI‑powered solutions that help our clients achieve operational efficiency and meet regulatory requirements. You will act as the bridge between technical teams, decision‑makers and project delivery groups, turning business priorities into measurable automation outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, test and deploy AI‑driven solutions to improve fund operations and compliance workflows.
• Identify high‑value use cases, build prototypes and scale successful models across business units.
• Translate business goals into actionable AI use cases aligned with organizational strategy.
• Provide resources, tools and training to enable teams to adopt AI solutions in daily work.
• Support the implementation and adoption of AI initiatives, ensuring practical and measurable results.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in AI, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in technology transformation projects, preferably involving AI and automation for fund management or regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, collaboration and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
