Principal Project Officer – Security Cooperation Support Partnership

About the role

The Principal Project Officer will lead the Security Cooperation Support Partnership, coordinating multi‑year logistics and project initiatives related to Ukraine within the NATO defence environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor multi‑year projects following PRINCE2®, Agile, PMP and ITIL methodologies.
• Manage project finance processes, including budgeting, reporting and financial controls.
• Coordinate procurement and sourcing activities in line with public‑sector regulations.
• Provide strategic support to senior boards and committees in an international setting.
• Ensure seamless interaction with NATO partners and maintain project documentation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (or Bachelor’s with 8 years experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational logistics support, preferably in a defence or military context.
• Proven experience in managing large, multi‑year projects and working with senior executives.
• Fluency in English; working knowledge of French is desirable.
