Part-Time Interface Designer

About the role

Fujitsu is seeking an experienced Interface Designer for a part‑time project with a European Institution in Luxembourg. The role focuses on creating intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences for complex information systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive UX strategy while building stakeholder consensus.
• Conduct end‑user usability testing and incorporate feedback.
• Craft intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces for complex IT applications.
• Work autonomously and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 12+ years of IT experience.
• 10+ years of UX design experience, including user research, persona development, information architecture, UI design, usability testing, and accessibility.
• 10+ years designing graphical user interfaces for complex IT applications.
• Strong experience with user‑centered and iterative design approaches.
• Ability to work autonomously.
