Operations Intern – Private Banking

About the role

Join Deutsche Bank's Private Banking Operations team in Luxembourg as an Operations Intern. You will gain hands‑on experience across core banking processes, document management, and transaction processing in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support credit‑card management, including scanning and archiving activities.
• Assist with account openings, pricing templates, and data review.
• Contribute to departmental projects and operational initiatives.
• Perform daily operational tasks and progressively take on additional processing activities.
• Document processes and create a practical guide for future interns to ensure knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Student in Business or Economics (Bachelor, Master or gap‑year).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new tasks.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Interest in banking operations and administrative processes.
• Proficient in English; German and/or French are an advantage.
• Willingness to present a recent criminal record.
