Onboarding Trainee – Fund Services

About the role

The Onboarding Trainee will support client onboarding, KYC and related processes within Ocorian's Fund Services division. Working closely with the Onboarding Assistant Manager and AML/KYC team, the trainee will help ensure new clients are onboarded efficiently and in compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Onboarding Assistant Manager and Client AML/KYC Team to support the onboarding of new clients.
• Monitor onboarding progress and assist with daily onboarding‑related activities to ensure timely completion.
• Support the preparation and completion of Service Agreements and handle client requests and queries professionally.
• Assist with bank account opening processes, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Update and maintain the client database, ensuring accurate tracking of progress and documentation status.
• Prepare Client KYC onboarding files in line with Ocorian policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support the preparation of minutes and documentation for New Business Acceptance Committee meetings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new clients.

Required profile

• Fluent in English.
• Some knowledge of AML laws and regulations in Luxembourg.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Comfortable working with MS Office tools.
• Willingness to learn HR systems and internal processes.
