New Business Account Executive – Luxembourg

About the role
Vivid Money is expanding its fintech platform for SMEs into Luxembourg and seeks a New Business Account Executive to lead the market entry. This hunter‑first position will own outbound prospecting, generate a pipeline of high‑value corporate finance decision‑makers, and convert inbound interest across the full product suite.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and engage SMEs, finance leaders and C‑level stakeholders in Luxembourg.
- Build a qualified pipeline using cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, events, referrals and partner networks.
- Convert inbound leads into active customers, managing the complete sales cycle from discovery to close and hand‑over to onboarding.
- Develop deep knowledge of the local SME landscape, segment dynamics and competitor positioning.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to refine ideal customer profiles, messaging and playbooks while maintaining CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
- Provide market intelligence and customer insights to Product and Marketing teams.
- Represent Vivid Money at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.
Required profile
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in FinTech, SaaS, banking or related financial services.
- Proven outbound track record of building pipelines from scratch.
- Excellent phone and written communication skills; able to conduct discovery without scripts.
- Comfortable selling to founders, finance leaders and C‑level executives at SMEs.
- Analytical mindset with strong commercial instincts and self‑starter attitude.
- Fluent in English, French and German; Luxembourgish is a plus.
