Network & Security Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Network & Security Engineer to join a leading client in Luxembourg. The role involves designing, deploying, and maintaining core security and network infrastructure while providing second‑level support to ensure high availability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deploy security and network infrastructure components such as Fortinet, Checkpoint, F5, Juniper, and Cisco.
• Monitor service health and ensure compliance with best‑practice standards.
• Provide 2nd‑level incident management and request fulfilment for customers.
• Optimize utilization of infrastructure resources.
• Participate in a 24x7 on‑call rotation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on network infrastructures.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting or building security infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driving licence (category B) for Luxembourg.
• Fluent in English and French with strong communication skills.
