Mid‑Level Banking & Finance Lawyer – Luxembourg

About the role

We are looking for a motivated mid‑level associate to join the Banking & Finance practice of a leading international law firm in Luxembourg. The role offers full ownership of high‑value, cross‑border mandates and close collaboration with partners and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑End deal management of structured finance, real estate finance, fund finance and securitisation transactions.
• Strategic drafting and negotiation of loan agreements, complex security packages and intercreditor arrangements.
• Providing high‑level advisory on cross‑border financing structures and regulatory matters.
• Acting as the primary legal advisor to international banks, financial institutions and sponsors.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years post‑qualification experience in Banking & Finance within a reputable Luxembourg law firm.
• Qualified lawyer admitted to the Luxembourg Bar or another EU Bar (List IV).
• Master’s degree in Law with strong academic credentials.
• Full professional proficiency in English and French.
• Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset, able to thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑disciplinary environment.
