About the role
We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst to support an EU institution’s investment and financial operations, based on-site in Luxembourg. The role involves translating stakeholder needs into clear functional specifications and supporting the delivery of financial software solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements for investment and financial processes.
- Convert stakeholder needs into functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Prepare and execute test cases to support software testing activities.
- Collaborate with Agile teams using Jira and follow Agile methodologies.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or requirements engineering.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent English (C1 level or higher); EU citizenship or valid EU work permit.
- Availability to work on-site in Luxembourg and relocate if currently based elsewhere.

What we offer
- Freelance contract with an approximate daily rate of €450.
- Full-time, long-term engagement aligned with Luxembourg’s standard work schedule.
