Microsoft 365 Solution Architect – Digital Workplace Expert

About the role

Ainos Luxembourg is seeking a Microsoft 365 Solution Architect to design and deliver modern digital workplace solutions. You will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and internal teams to translate business needs into secure, scalable Microsoft 365 architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse functional and technical requirements from client environments.
• Design end‑to‑end Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, and Azure AD.
• Lead implementation phases, ensuring successful delivery, user adoption and client satisfaction.
• Oversee internal or third‑party development work, maintaining technical quality and consistency.
• Support project coordination for small to medium projects, handling planning, task tracking and reporting.
• Act as a trusted advisor, presenting roadmaps and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate on solution design reviews, proof‑of‑concepts and technical documentation.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 cloud architectures and related services.
• Ability to work autonomously, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience leading small project teams and managing deliverables.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging Microsoft technologies and roadmap.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
