About the role

We are seeking a motivated Medical Sales Representative to drive growth across the Luxembourg region, covering both the Province of Luxembourg and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. You will own a defined territory, build relationships with key opinion leaders, and act as a brand ambassador for our medical products.

Key responsibilities

  • Represent and sell medical products within the assigned territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities, understand customer needs, and develop a sales strategy with manager guidance.
  • Maintain a strategic business plan aligned with best practices and market trends.
  • Execute sales activities, including product introductions, training sessions, and presentations.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Represent the brand at conferences, congresses, and trade fairs.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and CRM management.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Medical teams to achieve shared goals.

Required profile

  • Paramedical or Nursing degree, or equivalent experience in a medical/pharmaceutical environment.
  • Previous sales experience in medical or pharmaceutical settings is a plus.
  • Strong customer focus, entrepreneurial mindset, and problem‑solving attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and good command of English.
  • Comfortable with numbers and digital tools.
  • Valid driver’s license.
