Managing Consultant – Compliance & Regulatory Consulting

About the role

We are seeking a Managing Consultant to lead our compliance and regulatory advisory services in Luxembourg. You will act as the Responsable du Contrôle (RC) for client fund structures, ensuring alignment with CSSF requirements and delivering high‑quality AML/CTF oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver MLRO and regulatory advisory services for Luxembourg fund structures.
• Provide cross‑jurisdictional AML/CTF risk oversight and report to fund boards.
• Drive business development and contribute to the growth strategy of the Luxembourg offering.
• Embed and monitor group‑wide compliance frameworks across RC/MLRO/MLCO/CO roles.
• Conduct compliance reviews, regulatory assessments, and prepare governance documentation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver thought leadership through regulatory insight, training, and project delivery.

Required profile

• University degree in finance, economics or law.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the alternative investment fund sector.
• Excellent English communication; German is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, lead projects and adapt to diverse environments.

Required skills

• Experience with compliance technology, specifically AML screening and due‑diligence tools.
