Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute capability‑building strategies aligned with commercial priorities.
• Create and maintain functional competency frameworks for commercial functions.
• Design, roll out, and manage training programs across markets, ensuring clear KPIs and adoption.
• Monitor performance metrics and ROI of capability programs, translating data into actionable improvements.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to identify capability gaps using workforce insights and demand data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial strategy, category management, capability building or learning & development within a business environment.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Track record of translating business needs into structured learning outcomes.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring program impact and ROI.
