Maintenance Technician

About the role

You will keep a highly automated production environment running safely and smoothly, directly supporting product quality and team performance. Your work ensures reliability, continuous improvement, and a safe workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot advanced production equipment, focusing on electrical, automation, and mechanical systems.
• Resolve breakdowns quickly to minimise disruption.
• Develop and follow preventive maintenance plans using CMMS tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes, safety and reliability.
• Participate in equipment upgrades and small improvement projects.
• Help maintain a respectful and supportive work environment.

Required profile

• Solid foundation in electrical engineering, automation, PLCs or related fields.
• Understanding of mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a shift system.
• Strong communication skills in English and French or German.
