Logistics Technician – NATO Support Agency

About the role

The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) is seeking a Logistics Technician to support weapon system components and stock management within a multicultural environment. You will work in integrated multi‑functional teams, applying technical data publications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Defence Logistics Management (DLM) processes and stock levels.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with QA standards.
• Support weapon system components in coordination with the Programme Office.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise logistics operations.
• Participate in ongoing training and adopt new methods developed by the Agency.

Required profile

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with at least 3 years of related experience (or secondary education with 5 years experience, or equivalent).
• Experience in DLM and stock management.
• Knowledge of applicable QA standards and policies.
• Ability and willingness to work in integrated multi‑functional teams.
