Legal Trainee – Digital Trust & EU Regulation

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Legal Trainee to join our dynamic legal team in a regulated tech environment. The role offers hands‑on experience across contract drafting, regulatory monitoring and legal analysis within digital trust services.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Legal team in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts.
• Assist in preparing contractual documentation for electronic signature, identity management and digital trust services.
• Contribute to the update of general terms, policies and contractual templates.
• Support regulatory work related to eIDAS, DORA, NIS2, GDPR and other EU frameworks.
• Monitor Luxembourg and EU regulatory developments and produce internal legal summaries.
• Help prepare regulatory and internal governance documentation.
• Conduct legal research and draft notes for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Law.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with Compliance, IT, Security and Business teams.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Understanding of contract law and fundamentals of commercial law.
• Basic knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks (eIDAS, DORA, NIS2, GDPR).
• Legal research proficiency.
• Ability to analyse contractual clauses and draft legal documents.
