Legal Counsel – Real Estate Investment

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join a leading international alternative asset management platform’s Luxembourg team. The role focuses on supporting a large portfolio of real‑estate investment vehicles across Europe, ensuring corporate and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage legal and corporate requirements for 150‑200 real‑estate investment entities, including governance and documentation.
• Draft, review, and coordinate execution of corporate and legal documents such as intragroup agreements, distributions, annual accounts, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external advisors on domestic and cross‑border transactions.
• Ensure entities comply with applicable corporate laws, AML/KYC regulations, and EU reporting frameworks (e.g., DAC6).
• Contribute to regulatory reporting and support digitisation of legal documentation using internal tools.
• Participate in team initiatives, training, and continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a legal or corporate function within a fiduciary, law firm, or in‑house environment in Luxembourg.
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate governance and RCS procedures.
• Experience organising board meetings and working with corporate service providers, auditors, lawyers, and notaries.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
