Knowledge Lawyer – Litigation

About the role

Join the Knowledge Management team of a leading independent business law firm in Luxembourg and support the litigation practice. Working under the guidance of litigation partners and the Knowledge Management Director, you will help capture, organise and disseminate the firm’s litigation know‑how.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain litigation templates and other know‑how assets.
• Gather internal expertise, ensure its proper distribution and keep the dedicated intranet page up‑to‑date.
• Monitor legal developments and share updates through newsflashes, brochures and publications.
• Organise and support internal meetings, conferences and related documentation.
• Drive the adoption of LegalTech tools, including Artificial Intelligence, to improve practice efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with other knowledge management team members.

Required profile

• University degree in law with an excellent academic record.
• Significant experience in Luxembourg litigation, either in a law firm or in‑house.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written; German is a plus.
• Strong drafting abilities and good technical aptitude.
• Team‑player, autonomous, resilient and able to motivate colleagues.
• Effective communicator who uses appropriate tools to keep lawyers and staff informed.
