Junior Technician – Internal Controls

About the role

The Junior Technician (Internal Controls) supports the agency’s internal control framework, ensuring compliance with legal documents and quality‑assurance standards while providing executive assistance to senior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Apply and monitor internal control procedures and QA techniques.
• Review and manage legal documentation related to internal controls.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings and prepare related documents for executives.
• Maintain effective communication and follow‑up on assigned tasks.
• Support deployable missions and remote operations as required.

Required profile

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with at least 2 years of related experience (or secondary education with 4 years experience, or equivalent).
• Good knowledge of internal controls, legal documents and QA standards.
• Experience in executive assistance and coordination support.
• Fluency in English; working knowledge of French is desirable.
