Junior Consultant – Financial Services (Banking & Transformation)

About the role

Join BearingPoint as a Junior Consultant in Banking & Financial Transformation, based in Luxembourg. You will support financial institutions on transformation initiatives that combine business, operations and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to consulting projects across Banking, Wealth & Asset Management.
• Perform business analysis, define requirements and produce documentation.
• Assist in preparing proposals, client presentations and responding to RFPs.
• Support digital transformation and business process automation initiatives.
• Help with process optimisation, organisational design and benchmarking.
• Participate in the design of dashboards and steering tools.

Required profile

• Master’s degree, preferably in Finance, Banking, Economics or a related field.
• Comfortable navigating both business and technology topics.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
• Strong communication and structuring abilities, proficient with PowerPoint.
• Curious, rigorous and collaborative mindset.
