Junior Business Developer - Associate

About the role

EY is looking for a Junior Business Developer in Luxembourg to partner with Sector Leaders, Account Leaders and client teams on growth and strategic client relationships. The role combines account management, market intelligence, commercial planning and opportunity pursuit, with exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Support Sector/Account/Project Leaders in growth plans for priority clients, maintain account intelligence and prepare client briefings, summaries and reviews
• Monitor market trends, competition and regulation, contribute to intelligence reports and support market mapping and opportunity assessment
• Support identification and advancement of opportunities, coordinate pursuit activities, help write proposals and presentations, and track the pipeline
• Support client events, roundtables, conferences and networking events, and business development campaigns
• Work closely with Partners, Directors and Managers, handle confidential commercial information and manage several priorities

Required profile

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French
• Ideally: knowledge of the Luxembourg financial services landscape, experience supporting strategic accounts or business development programmes, and familiarity with CRM or pipeline management tools

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Ideally: PowerBI or other analytical/visualization tools
