Junior Associate Lawyer – Investment Funds

About the role

Our client, a leading independent European corporate law firm, is expanding its Luxembourg team. As a Junior Associate Lawyer you will join the Investment Funds & Private Equity practice, supporting sophisticated fund structures for an international client base. The role offers exposure to high‑profile transactions and the chance to develop expertise in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate corporate and investment fund documentation, including prospectuses, articles of association, shareholder and partnership agreements.
• Assist clients with structuring and ongoing management of investment fund vehicles.
• Conduct legal research on Luxembourg and cross‑border legislation, regulations and case law.
• Collaborate with international clients and colleagues on complex transactions and projects.
• Contribute to the development of the practice and client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience as a jurist or qualified lawyer in Luxembourg, specializing in investment funds law.
• Registered, or in the process of registering, with the Luxembourg Bar or an equivalent EU bar.
• Strong organisational, communication, drafting and analytical abilities.
• Proactive, flexible team player with a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Valid Luxembourg work permit.
