IT Systems Administrator

About the role

OCSiAl Europe is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join its corporate IT team. You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of both on‑premises Microsoft infrastructure and Azure cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory and related core systems on‑premises.
• Manage Microsoft Azure services, including Office 365, Entra ID and related platforms.
• Support enterprise applications and productivity platforms hosted on company infrastructure.
• Ensure system and application availability, performance, patching, upgrades and lifecycle management.
• Participate in planning, migrations, upgrades and modernization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues across on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Provide second‑ and third‑line support to the helpdesk team and document configurations and procedures.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator in a corporate environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft on‑premises infrastructure and Azure services.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications or productivity platforms.
• Proven ability to manage backup, disaster recovery and system monitoring solutions.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
