IT Project Manager (Agile/Hybrid)

About the role

As an IT Project Manager you will lead and coordinate technology projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline targets. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to deliver innovative solutions across international environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end IT projects in agile, scrum, waterfall or hybrid settings.
• Define project scope, schedule, deliverables and budget.
• Coordinate cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
• Monitor progress, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Facilitate meetings, reporting and governance activities.
• Support process improvement and project optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, coordination and organisational abilities.
• Fluent French; English is a strong advantage.
