IT Governance Expert & Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an IT Governance Expert & Coordinator to join SEI Investments’ Luxembourg entity. The role will act as the bridge between the local authorised management, the SEI Global IT Team and the Technology Risk Team, ensuring that all IT activities comply with Luxembourg regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise authorised management on Luxembourg IT regulatory requirements and updates.
• Support the Global IT Team in implementing and monitoring compliance with those requirements.
• Oversee intragroup IT deliveries, coordinating with US and Irish counterparts.
• Monitor IT activities, including information security, business continuity and cloud services, to ensure adherence to CSSF 20/750 and 22/806.
• Coordinate with IT, Risk and Cloud officers on service delivery, SLAs and KPIs.
• Perform risk analysis on cloud outsourcing and manage related incidents.
• Review and update local policies and procedures for IT activities.
• Assist management during audits, due‑diligence and control execution (user access, change management, etc.).

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg IT regulations (CSSF 20/750, 22/806).
• Experience in IT governance, risk and compliance within a financial services environment.
• Ability to work with global teams and coordinate cross‑border IT projects.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
