IS Solution Lead – Digital Logistics Integration

About the role

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an experienced IS Solution Lead Run to design, implement and optimise digital logistics solutions for strategic global customers. You will act as the bridge between customer requirements, logistics operations and technology platforms, working on complex international implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end digital logistics solutions and integration architectures for 4PL environments.
• Assess customer ERP, TMS and logistics system landscapes and define data flows, interfaces and integration requirements.
• Lead customer workshops, translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and support testing, go‑live and hypercare phases.
• Drive process optimisation, standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify onboarding risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in solution design, solution architecture or large‑scale logistics technology implementations.
• Strong experience with ERP and/or TMS platforms such as SAP, SAP S/4HANA, OTM, Blue Yonder or WMS.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and integration architectures.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and project delivery skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
