Investor Services – Client Services Internship (6 months)

About the role
Join SEB's Investor Services team in Luxembourg for a six‑month internship focused on client services. You will work closely with the Depositary Services & Oversight and Client Services teams, supporting daily operations and gaining insight into banking activities across the Nordics, Luxembourg, and the Baltics.
Key responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day client service activities, including onboarding and remediation follow‑ups.
- Collaborate with the client team to deliver high‑quality service to SEB’s key institutional clients.
- Proactively communicate with clients and coordinate requests across internal departments.
- Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and data preparation.
Required profile
- University student with a positive, can‑do attitude and strong sense of ownership.
- Enjoy interacting with people and comfortable handling detailed work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Motivated, proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
