International Corporate Tax Associate (m/f/d)

About the role

PwC Luxembourg is expanding its Tax Product Services department and seeks an International Corporate Tax Associate. You will work with a diverse client base, helping them assess and mitigate global tax risks associated with offshore entities and cross‑border investments.

Key responsibilities

• Advise international clients on tax implications of corporate structures during set‑up, mergers, buy‑outs, and new product launches.
• Verify the application of local and international tax treaties and conduct research on Luxembourg and international tax legislation.
• Support the management and updating of client files, and propose solutions to avoid double taxation where possible.
• Collaborate with PwC offices worldwide and cross‑disciplinary teams (VAT, Transfer Pricing, etc.) to deliver comprehensive fiscal opinions.
• Develop tools to respond quickly to legislative changes and support multinational groups operating in various jurisdictions.

Required profile

• Will soon hold a Master’s degree in tax law, business law, or economics with a tax focus.
• First experience in legal or taxation environments is preferred.
• Strong interest in international corporate tax.
• Fluent English; French and/or German are assets.
