Internal Auditor

About the role

The Internal Auditor will support the Chief Internal Auditor in delivering systematic, independent audits across the bank’s operations. Working under the direction of the CIA, you will help ensure that financial, operational and technology controls are effective and that the bank complies with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in conducting internal audit missions according to the annual audit plan, ensuring independence and regulatory compliance.
• Support follow‑up and monitoring of corrective actions issued by internal audit, external auditors and the Head Office Audit Department.
• Perform controls and analyses of departmental practices to evaluate document reliability, procedural soundness and compliance levels.
• Help monitor and assess the efficiency of the internal control and risk management system under CIA supervision.
• Prepare routine and ad‑hoc reports for the Head Office Audit Department and contribute to special reviews and inquiries.
• Coordinate with the co‑sourcing partner on regulatory internal audit activities and approved audit procedures.

Required profile

• Ability to work under the direction of the Chief Internal Auditor.
• Strong analytical mindset for evaluating controls and risk management processes.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder liaison and reporting.
