Internal Auditor / Internal Controller (m/f/x)

About the role

We are seeking an Internal Auditor / Internal Controller to join our family‑owned Luxembourgish group operating in the fast‑moving consumer goods sector. The role will work cross‑functionally to strengthen internal controls, manage risks, and support sustainability and ESG initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and continuous improvement of the Group’s internal control and risk‑management framework.
• Identify, assess and monitor operational, financial, compliance and sustainability risks.
• Review business processes, perform control testing and follow up on remediation actions.
• Contribute to governance, compliance and ESG projects, including regulatory reporting.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for management and governance bodies.
• Assist internal and external auditors and collaborate with stakeholders to reinforce the control environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Business Administration, Risk Management, Sustainability or a related field.
• 1‑5 years of experience in internal control, internal audit, risk management or financial audit.
• Good understanding of internal control, governance, risk management and compliance principles.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French; German is an asset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ESG and sustainability regulations (plus).
