Interface Designer

About the role

Fujitsu is seeking an experienced Interface Designer to join a high‑impact project for a European Institution in Luxembourg. You will lead the creation of intuitive, accessible digital interfaces for complex information systems, working closely with stakeholders and end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research, develop personas, and define information architecture.
• Design UI mock‑ups, prototypes, and visual assets using Figma or Adobe Suite.
• Perform usability testing and accessibility reviews, iterating designs based on feedback.
• Collaborate with front‑end developers to ensure seamless implementation in JavaScript frameworks.
• Document design decisions, create style guides, and communicate progress to project teams.

Required profile

• 12+ years of IT experience and 10+ years in UX/UI design.
• Proven ability to design for complex, data‑rich applications.
• Strong communication and autonomous working skills.
