Integration and DevOps Engineer

About the role

You will lead the release management process and ensure smooth integration of new business applications across development, test, UAT and production environments. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will reduce operational risk and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage release management activities to minimise production risk.
• Coordinate planned changes between development and production teams.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
• Integrate new applications from design to implementation across all environments.
• Execute technical tasks for security, platform, production, infrastructure and provider requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks, technical issues and dependencies.
• Collaborate with third‑party providers on technical requirements.
• Develop reference documentation and estimate IT workload.
• Drive continuous improvement using Problem Management processes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in IT or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Java, JBoss, C++ and related application servers.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling such as OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with production tools like FTP transfers and schedulers.
• Previous banking sector experience is a plus.
• Responsible, rigorous, versatile with good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
• Fluent in English and French.
