Installation Supervisor

About the role

This hybrid position based in the Luxembourg area leads the installation team for fire, security and building‑automation projects. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while providing technical support and training to customers and colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of installers, handling performance management, coaching and development.
• Assist with hiring, planning, assigning work and managing project budgets.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and coordination.
• Manage all phases of installation, testing, repairs and commissioning.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and internal teams, delivering on‑site training.
• Resolve complex technical issues escalated from less‑experienced staff.
• Interpret manuals, schematics and wiring diagrams to guide installations and repairs.
• Ensure safety, quality and performance standards are met on every site.
• Identify and propose process improvements to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with Project and Operations Managers to align scope and deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of relevant field experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Background in construction with electrical or low‑voltage systems.
• Experience with fire, security or building‑automation installations.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of electronics and electrical installation.
• Proficiency with low‑voltage systems.
• Ability to use standard testing instruments and hand tools.
• Competence in reading and interpreting schematics and wiring diagrams.
