Infrastructure Architect

About the role

The Infrastructure Architect designs complex private, hybrid, and public cloud solutions that align with business strategy, service offerings, and customer requirements. The role involves advising, validating technical requirements, and ensuring architectures meet security, performance, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define technical standards and procedures for onboarding new customers to cloud solutions.
• Contribute to business cases, adoption programs, and readiness assessments.
• Support project planning, risk identification, and mitigation alongside Project Managers.
• Produce high‑level designs (HLD) and obtain customer validation.
• Ensure deployments comply with security, data‑center, GDPR, ISO, SOC2, and other legal standards.
• Monitor technology trends for private‑cloud hardware and software, and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with data‑center teams to optimize performance, resiliency, and scalability.
• Lead evolution of private and sovereign cloud infrastructures and work with sales teams on product selection.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an Infrastructure Architect and at least 5 years of technical experience in the domain.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Eligibility for EU security clearance.

• Strong understanding of the OSI layer model.
• Operating systems: Microsoft Windows, Linux.
• Enterprise services: Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory, DNS, ADFS.
• Databases: MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle.
• Networking: Cisco ACI, Cisco Nexus, routing protocols.
• Security: Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, F5.
• Storage: NetApp.
• Virtualization: VMware, Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM).
