Industrial Excellence Manager – Europe Area

About the role

We are seeking an Industrial Excellence Manager for the Europe Area, based at our Global HQ in Luxembourg. The role is strategic, focusing on driving process excellence through TPM and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) across multiple production sites. You will be responsible for improving OEE and OAE while eliminating losses.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of TPM tools, especially Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Planned Maintenance (PM), across European plants.
• Develop and execute continuous‑improvement strategies to optimise production processes, increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure sustainability of TPM initiatives and compliance with H&S and F&S standards.
• Train local teams in root‑cause analysis and adopt a train‑the‑trainer approach for knowledge transfer.
• Establish, monitor and report KPIs and KAIs, consolidating findings for Group‑level overview.
• Promote a culture of Manufacturing Excellence, engaging employees and fostering collaborative adoption of TPM principles.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing, with proven leadership in FMCG operations.
• Extensive hands‑on experience implementing TPM/WCM and Lean manufacturing.
• Strong track record of improving OEE/OAE and driving loss‑reduction projects.
