ICT System Engineer (Microsoft | Cloud | Infrastructure)

About the role

We are looking for an ICT System Engineer to join Minusines’ growing IT team. You will own key Microsoft‑based infrastructure components, both on‑premises and in Azure, and help drive the company’s digital transformation toward a secure, cloud‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, operate and evolve Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, GPO, DHCP and Microsoft 365 services.
• Administer VMware virtual environments, storage and backup solutions, ensuring high availability.
• Manage patching and system lifecycle using WSUS and regular updates.
• Support and resolve complex incidents across infrastructure and applications.
• Contribute to hybrid cloud strategies, Azure IaaS/PaaS adoption and migration projects.
• Automate routine tasks with PowerShell (and optionally Python) scripting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers on IT projects.
• Strengthen security through identity & access management, network security and VPN controls.
• Maintain clear documentation and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system engineering or IT infrastructure.
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
