HR Administrator – Luxembourg Office

About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to support the day‑to‑day operations of our Luxembourg office. Reporting to the HR Manager Europe, you will ensure smooth HR processes across the employee lifecycle while maintaining compliance with local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters.
- Prepare employment contracts and manage onboarding and off‑boarding procedures.
- Coordinate internal and external training activities and handle annual reporting to INFPC.
- Provide guidance on employee benefits, including insurance and pension schemes.
- Support recruitment activities and liaise with the external payroll provider.
- Maintain HR data in BambooHR, manage leave tracking and employee records.
- Assist with international mobility, visa coordination and expatriation processes.
- Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Legal and Risk teams on cross‑functional projects.
- Ensure compliance with Luxembourg labour, immigration and tax regulations and audit requirements.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg labour law (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of HR administrative experience in Luxembourg.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion, integrity and independent problem‑solving.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); professional proficiency in Luxembourgish.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience using BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms.
