Health Program Manager – Global Medical & Health

About the role

Join Amazon's Global Medical and Health (GMH) team to lead occupational health programs across European operations. You will design, implement, and continuously improve health initiatives that align with global standards and local regulations, supporting employee well‑being at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of EU and country‑specific workplace health legislation and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
• Define, monitor, and report health‑related metrics to GMH leadership, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Support proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of physical and psycho‑social health risks.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on occupational health programs and liaise with local authorities and health bodies.
• Implement and manage comprehensive occupational health services, including vendor coordination, emergency response protocols, and preventive measures.
• Conduct site visits to roll out new health projects and verify compliance with standards.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of occupational health regulations in the EU and individual countries.
• Experience managing health programs or services at a regional or multinational level.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret health data and drive strategic decisions.
