Head of Marketing and Communications

About the role

The Head of Marketing and Communications is responsible for shaping, amplifying and protecting the firm’s strategic priorities, growth agenda and market positioning. Working closely with executive leadership, business development and sector leads, you will translate strategy into compelling narratives and high‑impact marketing programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications plans that support growth, demand generation and pipeline development.
• Lead brand, reputation, digital, campaign, events, internal communications and employer‑branding activities, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity.
• Embed AI‑enabled, insight‑driven ways of working, redesign processes and maintain governance, data protection and quality control.
• Own the marketing budget, allocate resources, manage agencies and vendors, and lead a high‑performing team.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of senior leadership experience in marketing and communications, preferably in professional or financial services.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into measurable marketing plans and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence, commercial mindset and track record of delivering business impact.
• Experience leading transformation, change management and AI adoption initiatives.
