Head of GIOLABS

About the role

As the Head of GIOLABS, you will lead the day‑to‑day operations and long‑term growth of GRIDX’s immersive digital art centre in Wickrange, Luxembourg. You will combine artistic vision with commercial acumen to deliver compelling exhibitions, visitor experiences and events while shaping the centre’s strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily venue operations, ensuring safety, quality and efficient visitor flow across exhibitions and events.
• Manage operational teams, service providers and technical partners, and supervise merchandising and retail activities.
• Develop and launch innovative immersive programmes, activations and B2B event formats in collaboration with the GRIDX event team.
• Identify and secure new commercial opportunities, partnerships and special activations to expand revenue.
• Contribute to marketing and communication initiatives aligned with the GRIDX brand.
• Maintain governance, reporting and alignment with GRIDX senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading operational and strategic functions within cultural, experiential or entertainment venues.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving innovation and revenue growth.
• Strong commercial sense combined with an appreciation for digital art and immersive storytelling.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work with internal teams and external creative/technical partners.
